MRC.... do they still take on work?

As the title suggests... After trying 6 or 7 times to phone which ends up with it ringing off the hook, and many, many, unanswered emails to both Doug and Mihnea.... I was wondering if they are actually still taking on work?
I see the banner is still in place as a forum sponsor, but what is the point of having contact information, if there is no possible chance of a reply?
It doesnt bode well for the future either, what if my car was there, and I was trying to contact them?
Anyway, if anybody has some info, or sees any one of them on their rounds would be good to hear from you....
    Cheers
    Chris

Wow..... how did you manage to book it in? Did you have to visit in person, or could you contact from a bit further away?

Everything I hear is they are just maxxed out... Seems insane they can't recruit a nubile receptionist (easy to look at, eye candy is always nice in the waiting room and not expensive to pay) to manage the appointments book and answer the phone occasionally.

I hope they will be taking on work in the future. There a few project finishing this year and they all need mapping.

The problem is Doug has a very high work load, it's either answer the phone or work on the cars in the shop.

Same goes for Audiman and it would seem Quattro Corner

75% of the time when people ring it's just people asking for advice or silly questions.

I've had problems in the past getting hold of them but it's worth the wait.

I am in daily contact with Doug and rarely have trouble getting through on the phone.

As has been said it is finding the balance between answering phones and doing the work that's in. I know he's had a lot in recently.

Just rang them - 6 rings. Twice what we have to answer in at our place but still not too bad. He did say his laptop is dead so no emails at the moment.
