some reason, the clutch was very late in to 034...

My supplier has had numerous problems with 034

It took them 2 months to send my ARP flywheel bolts

My oil and water lines there was a missing -8 to -6 adaptor for the coolant lines which I had to buy myself as it was too much hassle getting one shipped as James and Lister sorted me one for £3.41

They constantly sent out the wrong bolts and nuts for my order.

To be honest any supplier is going to have problems as we don't live in a perfect world.

Not that its much use to this thread but I've heard of "about as much use as a fart in a cullinder", altho never tried it so cannot comment on the accuracy of the statement..

Hello all, I was just notified of this thread.

If anyone has any problem with an order, please email me asap so I can resolve it quickly! Here in the US (in California anyway), its been a horrible cold and flu season, and we've had many weeks half the staff out with a cold, so this may be why a few emails here and there could have slipped through the cracks.

Of course its no excuse, but we pride ourselves in fast, honest service, may of us work 12 hours a day here to make sure this happens! Granted, we make a mistake here or there like any human, but we will always bend over backwards to make it right.

Rest assured everyone is healthy and at their computers working and the cold season has passed.

i ordering perts from javad sience years. many thousand dollars. i never any had problem with delivery. i allways received the parts. good packaging, good respond for emails. i am selling parts too and i know sometimes very hard to make everybody happy. i think, the most important thing: never had forgaten stuff. i had lot of lost money in usa. this company is working good years ago.

I have spent over $10.000 with 034 with no problems so far.Really great service and really fast replays from Javad..It takes round week for overseas delivery.Highly recommend.Javad is the real man!

Last night I got tracking numbers for my $6000 order. It took some time, but I was kept on current status, as well as could be. Now just to get my other order
