I know this is difficult for Tom and Eduard... There are always two sides to a story but this one is looking quite nasty - such matters should NOT be aired on the forum like this. We have had enough problems in the past with matters of this nature and allegations that the Forum can somehow be held legally responsible for allowing people to badmouth each other.
PLEASE pursue this matter personally, professionally, with courtesy and respect for each other. Sounds to me like legal proceedings will be needed to resolve the difficulties here. I don't like the Forum being used as a means to exchange messages like this - and nobody else needs to see such messages.
If my wishes are not withheld then I will have no other option but to close or lock this thread - this is not to upset Tom or Eduard - it is just to maintain the Forums independence and desire to not get involved on legal matters - the admins and mods just don't need the hassle... And furthermore it doesn't help either of your causes.
