Eklunds car is only running with his small injectors at the moment, 1600 cc, he's waiting for his 2000 cc , only 1.4 bar boost since the injectors were maxed at that pressure, that's what I heard. I think he's going into the 8'ths if the car holds up. The red trendab S2 could go 8's but it is not quattro anymore

Yeah, their electronics-engineer told us a similar story.
They ordered new 'spridare' but they were quoted a much higher price than stated.
I thougt he mentioned they were waiting for 3000 cc's.

New time to beat!! Jens Eklund did 9,21 yesterday @ Bilsport EDPS Säve.

Sounds like a battle.

Tomi missed a good window in Nitro Nats this weekend, as the track was stickier than ever. Apparently too sticky, result: three exploded rear diffs in five runs.

I am impressed that Eklund managed this run at Säve. The track was not sticky, and especialy the high power RWD cars had a little problems. The temperature was also 30+ deg and no wind...

However the 4wd cars did well, in adition to Eklund, SycloneRobban did 9,15 @252km/t (1,62 60ft) and a dansih Evo (Lars Husballe) did 9,36 @245km/t (1,52 60ft)
