So the new C6 RS6 and the S5 have tiptronic gearboxes, the A3 and the TT have S-tronic gearboxes and the R8 has a R-tronic gearbox.
I understand the difference between S-tronic and R-tronic but whats the difference between the tiptronic and R-tronic gearboxes on the respective cars?
