It appears it clips to the metal wire frame work under the seat cushion. I can't figure what way it should go....

Positive it is from a S2 Coupe.

I pulled the part number from ETKA and ordered it from Martyn at VAG.

That is for a car with the battery mounted in the engine bay behind a headlamp. We have them over here on V6 90 sedans
