i think its best was about 9.x secs but grant parker was saying it was only playing as it is capable of lot less.Think it was hitting about 175mph by the end of the 1/4

Just Googled it and it has an 8.3ltr V8 engine which produces 1200bhp. Not as much as I was expecting when you consider a 2.2ltr I5 can produce 1000bhp on one turbo. Still the fastest street legal car in europe with a 7sec run at 180mph.

Spoke to john sleath, and he quoted 1600hp at 20 psi of boost. That coupe is one serious bit of kit.

The last run i missed 3rd gear so i did'nt bother wasting my time, it probably pleased the peugeot owner.

Best run was 11.2 quarter with a 3.1 sec to 60.

I was hoping for high 10's but my exhaust manifold developed a crack through the day. It was only running 1.6bar on the best run and i only managed one run where i did'nt bog down in 1st gear.

Next time 2.2 bar boost and no bogging down

John Sleath has been around a bit - the shelf spoiler looks like the sort of thing a pro stock car would have (and Pete if you look closely you'll see that the coupe also has a parachute and large rear wheeltubs!)
