I know this is a sore subject on this forum so ill keep it short, can anyone give me details of how to contact quattronics i have tried all the obvious routes apart from personally visiting, all i need is an update from them as i have ££££'s tied up with them, any help would be much apprieciated.

I believe that this company is still trading and is operating on other four-ring based forums, so maybe a quick scan of those sites and you will be able to renew contacts with the company.

Then, if for some strange reason their response is less than satisfactory (of course I am sure it will be completly satisfactory) you will be able to discuss the situation on the new forums where they now operate

I have to say if i was in the same boat I would be making a personal visit to see what the situation was...if you aren't getting answers by the traditional means, then take a day's leave to put your mind at rest. Good luck getting it sorted and hope at all ends well!

That's all very well, but what happens if no one is there when you visit? You will have wasted a days work and have travelling expenses to add to your problems.
