Took the car to football training tonight and gave it a bit of a thrapsing on the way back. Put some 99 octane in earlier tonight so thought I'd better give it some beans to remind the ECU what it should be burning after £30 of the dreaded 95!
This car never ceases to amaze me
1994 Audi S2 Avant - in pieces
2006 Skoda Octavia vRS 2.0TFSi - goes fast
1985 Audi 90 quattro - is wet
Don't forget the East Midlands Meet -Last Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm just off M1 J28!![/COLOR]
yep, cold....and even better misty mornings really seem to get it flying wait another month for the leaves to start falling then go on the hunt for the rwd clan looking for fun and watch then disappear in the rear view mirror
Funny - I had a good B-road blat last night too coming back late from the airport. The front dampers are definitely tired out, but the traction and the noise when your toes find some carpet !
Damn, damn, damn! All this is making me mucho miss the S2 now
(Yep the quattro does all the above too, but I'm afraid it's a bit of a garage queen in bad weather )

Funny, I did exactly the same last night, dropped the Mrs at Heathrow but there was a nasty accident on M4 on way back, got off at Newbury junction and did a major B road blap across to Cirencester way, hardly any traffic at all, definately couldnt have done it any quicker in this soggy weather without having a Quattro.
