Yeah it used to be white under the bonnet etc before when it was sold the first time I saw it, had the bonnet held up with a bit of wood.

Registered with the DVLA as 2226cc but insured as a 2144cc???

Because they didn't make 20v RRs untill 89. That car has all the tell tail 20v parts, interior, exhaust, steering wheel, oh and the engine!

Also seems to have the 20v transmission tunnel. So either its the best executed conversion I've ever seen or it's a bit hooky!

With respect to the rear brakes, they sound to me like they are RS2 with internal E-brake brake drum ala Porsche. ????

Mmmmmm - sounds all a bit strange... Can the RS2 funky rears be grafted onto a UR - can't be trivial if its possible - but also not sure its worth the grief... Maybe it was a proper conversion job before the current owner - or maybe its just all wrong. ?????????

Well like i said, it's registered with the dvla as a different engine to the one thats insured, so either way its illegal and definately dodgy.
