You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.
We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
Has anybody fitted a towbar to an A6? I bought a second hand one but dunno if it was a fwd or quattro. mine is a quattro and i've had a look at the back but the spacing of the bolts makes me thing the points to secure it are up above the exhausts that side one on each side. (2000 saloon). Not sure of the towbar brand but it has a removable swan neck. Also need to know how to wire it

just looked up some fitting instructions for a couple of brands and I reckon the guy hasn't sent me 2 end bars.. just the long horizontal bar that has the swan neck hanging off it. oh joy.
