Thanks. Its all in the prep, metallic is not that hard but not probably what you want to start with..

awesome Darren, i've seen the car in the flesh and the effort thats been put in and i can confirm this is one fantastic example of a fettled with quattro. The attention to detail is staggering - can't wait to see it out the booth and back on the road

Thats deep Darren, as you say white is a ****** to get any depth of shine so does demonstrate effort = reward

Thanks David, i saw the shine and thought quick get the camera before its gone...

Finally finished painting the white yesterday... just the wheels left.. zermatt with a clear-coat to finish.....

take it out for some pictures early morning or fading light/sunset and it will really inject the colour into the paint. should work as well for an alpine white car as it does for a pearlescent one

Nice work DJones!

It reminds me of the work Jaap did with his White UrQ. In every detail he spend months to make the car perfect.
