      The 'full' ?

The 'fun' you mean - not much fun getting rear ended by some ****wit in a Fiesta...

WHat the hell - maybe I'll just hardwire the difflock on and drive like a maniac so that everyone else stays well clear of me

Spent an hour and a half negotiating a mixture of rain, ice and slush in the S2 tonight on the way home. I didn't like it. The car is handling like a dog on vinyl in the dry anyway but tonight it was awful.

Lot's of aqua/slush planing. Heater kept going relly hot and then really cold and my wipers were useless. My Eagle F1's in the wet are usually amazing but in these conditions they were a little edgy.

You'd better find yourself a nice A6 tdi or a little Polo as a runaround sooner rather than later mate!! Don't wanna wreck the S just going to and from work now. :mischeif:

yep, s2+snow+traffic=nightmare, especially on summer rubber.

Snowed here too last night, only about an inch but enough to close a couple of A roads already

We had 25cm of snow in the mountains of southern Norway 3 weeks ago. Made for some fun quattro driving.
Snowfall this morning in Oslo. Complete chaos, as usual.

I normally just poke the pressure washer lance under the car and do my best.

You can get underbody washes for about £30. The guys here put the car on a ramp and power wash underneath.

Not sure if this is available everywhere, it is a service aimed at Taxi owners up here as the local Cab office require the underside to be spotless for the yearly inspection.

At £30 a time I will be waiting till spring for this though.
