Those are made and sold by Gerd, the supplier of the VDO gauges that I arranged the 5 GBs for. He makes them to order but often has a few spare.

I also have a spare triple that a buyer ordered in the last GB as I get them cheaper, but then he never answered my PM's

I recently got around to fitting the single version in the central vent after running with one of the solid ally ones from Clive's GB. After a bit of fettling it actually fits well and more securely than the solid ones, although it is a bit bendy so care is needed when fitting.

I recently posted a couple of pictures of my dash here

They are supplied unpainted in 2 parts. The cage is steel and then the front surround is ally, which paints up nicely.

@ Stu: I could run a quick GB if folks are interested in these as I get quite a good discount from Gerd now, having spent nearly €6K with him, so lemme know. If not, then folks can still go direct to Gerd.

I was never really sure and after Ben saything they were too bendy I didn't bother fitting mine for a while, but I am glad I bothered now.
