Help me read german DHL?

What's this mean? I'm a little nervous now. I figured I'd have the package by now and it's not arrived. The guy sent me this tracking # tonight, but his english isn't the best and i'm having a hard time understand if there is a problem or if things are shipping ok?

Anyone? I'd really appreciate the help.

tracking number should be valid on any dhl site, so if you have the tracking number just go to dhl.com

There was nothing about it, no papers nothing. Now i'm annoyed. DHL sucks in the USA. It's known for doing this stuff here in the states.

I've had this problem here in Germany, the address on the package was written by hand and spelled wrong..

yah but it's hard to understand it. I'm on the phone right now trying to find this package and its' such a f'n pita. I really hate DHL right now. I've been transfered by like 6 different people . How hard is it for them to find a F'n tracking #?

it's hopefully still at my local post office. Ironic it's a holiday today and they're closed. It says they left a message Nov 1st that it was avaliable but I never got it.

I talked to 8 different people before someone actually gave me the time of day to find my trackigng # and give me information on how to find more information about it.

This is actually a tracking # for the US post offfice. Somewhere on they're damn website it should say something about that information. How are people sappose to know. took me 45 minutes of talking and waisting my time with DHL fools to actually have a DHL global mail representive give me the time of day to help me figure it out and even she didn't even know how to find it at first.

DHL in germany is a part of Deutche Post , so the guy just have sent the parcel via Deutche Post Express and it gone to usual USPS EMS service.

Might sound silly (maybe i missunderstood) but why didnt you just go to your local depo and collect it after reading post #6 ? Im guessing the helpful woman @ DHL told you the exact same as post #6 (i.e. we missed you at home, go to depo to collect it yourself)
