    Did I start something ?

Noticed a neighbour had changed his car to an Audi - nice recent A6 Avant...

Then realised that since we moved in with our two Audis that four other neighbours have changed to the four rings in the 18 months we been here.

I'm not known for being so influential

But seriously - there seems to be so many Audis on the roads these days - forget the credit crunch... I read / heard a few things of late that said a lot of Beemer drivers have see the light recently - maybe they got sick of all the bad voojoo associated with them (and the ****y way they often behave on the road). That or they got bored with driving the same boring looking thing as everyone else down the golf club.

Its nice to see Audi finally getting the mainstream appeal, but I for one liked it more when there was less of them about... Now its just another German premium car to pose around in for a lot of people - so - warning - lots of potential ******s driving Audis these days - not my neighbours I'm sure though - LOL......

So you're behind Audi S line mania then! Every Tom, **** and Harry have one.

Very rarely does a fellow Audi driver give the S2 a second look or a reciprocal wave. Some of the new S and RS owners never give a knowing nod to the old girl. Means you have to learn them some power Beemer man now drives an Audi. It's a sad day

Thats true about what Clarkson said, said all the knobs that did drive M3's now drive RS4's. Gutted cause that is one of the best looking cars onthe road now a days, would give my left nut for one. I think the build quality has down hill on the BMW's. My mate has just bought a T plate S4 and he had a BMW before and it was newer, the car rattled and squeeked. And the S4 just thuds when you close the door.
Just some finishing touches to do now

I'm not too bothered to be honest, most people don't know what my car is now that it's completely debadged (which was kinda the idea)

It's been mistaken for a Peugeot, Seat, VW, BMW (WTF?!?!?), Citroen.....

Paul - hide your Audis and get a couple of Saabs, see what happens in a couple of years!

            Expensive but interesting experiment

              It's like German incest.
              BMW's into Audi's.
              Porche into Audi.
