Ford focus wiper failure

the front and back wipers have failed on my focus (mk1 tddi), i wasnt driveing it when they failed my mum was moving it off the drive on a frosty morning so im guessing she put the wipers on which were stuck to the window and blow a fuse or something.

iv opened the fuse box and looked the diagram seems that there nothing do with the wipers in fuse box, anyone know were the fuse for the wipers is??

iv googled it abit and i know this isnt a ford forum but iv no interest in joining a ford forum

opened glove box looking for the handbook even though i know car never had one and noticed a rely after few mins fiddlen managed fold the door on down and voila fuse panel, fuse was blown alright
