I know that they have stopped trading and have promised to complete previously submitted orders, but I sent them a decent sum money on the 2nd of December and I have not heard anything from them since. The silence is killin' me.
Before anything untoward is posted, please give VAGparts a chance during this difficult time for them, I am sure all existing orders will be honoured or refunded as required.
Vagparts need as much as they can get from the Audi community at this time.
Cheers,
Steve.

You have nothing to worry about saltinot. The integrity of VAGParts should be of no concern although I can understand your frustration.
Please try calling them on +44 1793 487700. I'm sure they have a hell of a lot on right now but be assured your order will be either dealt with or refunded, I am of the impression after speaking to Martyn that orders will be dealt with and sent out rather than refunded which is a process they are going through now.

I stopped by the post office on the way home tonight and was very happy to find a "you've got a package that is to big to fit in your Post Office Box" slip indicating that it was from Vagparts. Yippee! I'll have to rush home tomorrow to make it to the Post Office before they close.
Thanks for the words of reassurance mates. Christmas has come a little early this year!
Once again Martyn & the lads show why they will be missed...
Saltinot's early Xmas shows the effort that VAG put into getting the job done. I speak for myself in saying that I will keep Martyn and the lads in my prayers this Xmas and dearly hope for some kind of miracle to help them stay with us.
An outfit like VAG should never be lost to our community and our circle of friends and owners. You would think Audi AG would realize that Vagparts were actually doing them a favor in keeping our cars still running and keeping Audi's heritage alive.

As has been well documented, Audi couldn't give a flying fudge about their heritage unless it suits them for a marketing campaign or similar!!!
