fault code and probs

hi the last few weeks the s2 seems down on power and boost only boosting 1.1/ 1.2 bar just on homefries and doesn't seem to put like it did. have done a boost leak test ,i found 2 very small leaks one on a small vacum pipe which i fixed , other on the breather pressure reg valve but its small . the exhust smells like it's over fueling i would say, and when it is idling revs seem to twitch a little.
the fault code i have are :-
00255 x5
00561
00281
00513
i have a code reader but can't find book with ref numbers in. was wondering if any body would have any ideas what the codes are and that the problem may be .

If it's the same code reader as mine then this is what they are...

00255 - Don't recognise, this isn't in my book
00281 - Vehicle speed sensor
00513 - Engine speed sensor
00561 - Mixture adjustment control

I would ignore the vehicle speed and engine speed sensors as they usually show up when the engine's not running.

The mixture adjustment code is probably due to your air leaks. Remember to delete the codes once the leaks are fixed.

cheers lads my code reader is memo scanner . that 00255 came up 5 time haven 't seen that before myself .

does anyone know if fault code 00255 is something to do with ABS valve was just looking on another vw forum and it said just that, but wouldn't that code come up on the ABS test on the scanner not engine fault code test ? im just concerned as this code came up 5 times on this test and 11 the last time tested

I think your code reader is a bit off... Thats not a code I can associate to the engine or ABS either. Hook it up to something we know understands VAG OBD - like VAGCOM.

ya ive got vagcom but for some reason it doesn't work . i think its the lead its cheapo one from ebay
