Done today some measurements finally with the perfomance box.
My car weighs 1699Kg on a full tank(measured back in Greece.)
I entered the weight to 1825kg today: car+me(85 fully clothed)+ Mary(better half 55kg fully clothed)+ 50lt of fuel tank which i took as 50kg for the ease of measurements).
I did several 2nd gear pulls for a power figure and averaged around 272kw( smaller was 269 and highest was 276).
As far as times are concerned i measured basically 80-120kms and 100-150kms on 3d gear and i also did 2 runs on 4th gear. The road on which the tests were done had about 2 meters total inclination from beggining to end,so some runs where done on slight downhill and some on slight uphill hence the differences on the power+accel.runs.However that incline is very mild anyway.
Here are the results:
Best 80-120km done in 3d gear: 2.7sec
Best 10-150Km done in 3d gear: 3.9sec done on the same run with downhill of -0,349m
3d GEAR PULLS:
1) 80-120 : 2.780sec on uphill dif: 0.059m
100-150 : 4.150sec on uphill dif: 0.422m
2) 80-120 : 3.070sec on uphill of 0.308m
100-150 : 4.800sec on uphill of 1.643m
+water injection
3) 80-120 : 2.800sec on uphill of 0.068m
100-150 : 4,110sec on uphill of 0.410m
+water injection
4) 80-120 : 2.880sec on downhill of -0.250m
100-150 : 4,230sec on downhill of -0.613m
4TH GEAR PULLS:
1) 80-120 : 4.5sec
100-150: 4.5sec (on the same pull)
2) 80-120 : 3.970sec on uphill of 0.311m
100-150: 4.510 on uphill of 0.118m
+water injection
3) 80-120 : 3.910sec on uphill of 0.302m
100-150 : 4,600sec on uphill of 0,100m
the highest power given was 276kw which i did on 3d gear on my last run with water injection and it was done on a 0.850m uphill.
All measurements of power are at the wheels. So :
taking the mean of 272kw x 1.36 = 369.92whp
according to the g-tech air drag calculator: @ 110km/h is 16.4hp
369+15.4=386.32whp
If i calculate the power on 15% losses that makes:444,268hp crank.
If the losses are 20% then: 463.584hp crank
these numbers would be adequate for me to be honest and there only one thing that remains to be done and that is to actually do use the losses feature on the PB to see how close the figures go,since the losses that it calculates are a mean of airdrag+drive terrain...
On 2nd gear car boosts to 1.8bar overboost and drops to 1.6bar
on 3d gear : 1.9bar overboost and 1.7bar steady to the red line
Happy with the results. If i get my hands on a g-tech i might be able to compare!!
