Any Origin B2 users?

Do you think the supplied laser detector is any good? ive driven past a few mobile gatsos and it hasn't triggered (good job i was driving sensibly at the time)
Are there afternarket ones that work with this unit? i have the solo version.

I've never bothered with laser detectors, mainly because I thought they needed a direct hit to make them trigger, in other words if it does trigger they've already nabbed you. The manufacturers claim they can pick up laser scatter if it hits the car in front, but to be honest that's a pretty weak argument.

Thats pretty much what i thought, i think there is a jammer which is compatible with this unit, heard about a guy who got caught using a jammer but he argued in court that the b2 triggered the jammer automatically so he got off with it.

No, just what I've read on other forums. I've heard that if they catch you using one they can charge you with perverting the course of justice, not good.
