I took the email address straight off their website...the best one you would think.

I'll try the service...one and see what happens...

Used 2 other US companies lately and the service was excellent...

I know, I did the same and it didn't work out for me either and I asked here on the forum for an working e-mail and I believe someone of our American friends was kind enough to call them and came up with that address.
Can't find my thread though

I've used a lot of US companies too and they have always been very very helpful and service minded.
