the rover is dead, long live the rover!

well last night somebodyb decided to walk past my S2 and bend the door back on my Rover and it looks like, break the sterring lock whihc has resulted in a sheared sterring rack. therefore a written off rover.

i cannot understand whats a rover with at least 1 dint in every panel, the look like it has run somebody over and a sum total value of £250 was of value for theft to somebody.

hope it hurt when they sheared the wheel off
    time to find another roverdose

think its the mentality of theives.

i have a defi boost, eboost2 and defi controller within arms reach of the drivers window.

i even had a mobile phone, a tenner and a 7a flywheel in the boot of the rover. all left alone. i had 3 sets of spare keys in the glovebox too. left them in since i got it.

i hope for a better life for rover II.

its my fishing/glastonbury bus although the audi did help in 2005 when every bmw at glasto needed towing out of the mud.

ah well my frustrations are well vented now

If you need a new Rover I've got my bro-in-law's 420 here. £450 asking price, and I can vouch it works as my Golf is back in the garage...

That is bad though, I mean you have to wonder what kinda scum get their kicks out of vandalism, especially when someone else is gonna suffer directly because of it. Really gets me riled up.

I've had 3 Rover's now and only had bother with a Honda engined one. I used to have a 420SLDi and while not being particularly exciting, was comfortable, reasonably quick and very economical.

                  I understand how you feel:

This happened on Sunday night and unfortunately, my missus' sisters was one of the cars torched, usually I park the Jeep by where her car was and my girlfriend parks the 306 next to it, for some strange reason, neither of us did that night....luckily!
