and have an english child? dear god man you must be kidding!
It's confusing enough with the Russian Scots Irish parentage. (I'm scots-irish by the way. it's not a modern 2 dads type relationship )

Gary, why will you be selling the 90q then? Have you not just got it? Tell me what kind of nick it's in and what kind of money you'd want anyway. Be a change to have a white car. red cars... hmmm.. lemme see.... 8 red coupes and a red 80. including the s2 I stripped and the s2 I fitted all the parts to. Had a black 1.8 B3 80 and a dark blue 16v coupe with 250,000 miles on it. neither worth the effort of taking a few days to polish the **** out of them. I really do want a dark car to experiment with detailing products at some point.

Eric - mental! Really appreciate that mate. Need to confirm exactly what needs done to it before I agree to any madcap plans. I'd have to insure and then tax it too.
Robert - Also fantasic. Can't believe I have a couple of people that would consider doing this

right - i'm away for more details before I commit to anything
be back with more info soon
        cheers

You make it sounds like we'd be doing you a favor.

For me it'd be 5-6 hours in the back of a mates fiesta or drive an audi for you......... You'd be doing me a favor . (Would only have to suffer the ford for the return leg)

Anyway, i hope you get something sorted.

First - hope nobody was offended by that. We've had clashes of handbags previously over such issues

Secondly - I'm absolutely stunned by the number of people offering assistance and bow to your generosity even if it was pointed out that it could be good fun for the driver

But I've just had a chat with the missus and she's made me be sensible for a moment (hate it when she brings it out in me). So by the time i tax the car just for the journey home, fill it with petrol, pay for someone to get to it and insure them to drive it.... it could be expensive enough. Add that I may be rather busy with a toddler and a new baby and I have to admit it's not the perfect time to buy a new project. It would be a real shame to leave it sitting outside for a long time.
Ah yes - I bought the S2 right before number 1 son was born and reshelled it over a year of saturday mornings. Erm... It was the source of a few harsh exchanges of words over that time and I might be best not repeating the saga.
ah nuts... So looks like I'm not going to buy it after all.

That all said if it was nearer home I would have A framed it home in a heartbeat and not stopped long enough for the missus to talk sense into me
