As most of you have fitted the samcos can you tell me if you felt a differance
in power delivery and overall performance after fitting presuming you had no boost
leeks before hand.if there is would it be down to less deformation under boost due to the rigidity of the silicone pipes .cheers .
The one hose I see a benefit in is the MAF to turbo hose, it's quite a lot larger cross section than the OE hose, the rest are much of a muchness, replacing old with new is a good plan but whether they're better than OE I can't say for sure.

I look at them purely as a boost insurance policy... The factory hoses weren't specified for high boost applications and the Samcos are much more rigid. Combined with good quality new clips, they are a worthy upgrade on any S2.
Paul, was teh design of the TB hose changed? The ISV nipple is a bit small for my liking, the Jubilee falls off so I've Mikalored it to the max. MAF hose is the smae to a lesser extent, it's the radius between the main hose and't'nipple

Samco turbo to MAF does improve performance IMHO. The OEM item has a metal ring in the RS2 which slips out of postion with age. My guess is the hose compresses on boost without it & reduces airflow.
