Out racing today, NOT HAPPY!!!

Hi guys.
Were out in the audi today, racing in a 201m competition (1/8 mile) and times was almost to laugh about.
Best time was :
60 fot 1,92
201m time 9,89
speed 107km/h

Car is uprated frontmount intercooler, homefries otherwise standard S2 aby avant
Got also some probs, car shut down under full acc a LOT, maybe cause of to much heat in the engine bay i dont know, but right now i´m close to giving it up
Car feels like it´s holding back BIG time, any ideas?

Boost leak???

No boost leak, just checked it again when i arrived home.
Car actually drived "normal" on the way home?????

could it be that ithe inlet temp sensor says it´s too hot and makes the car shut down??

Do you have a boost gauge fitted... if yes what happens to the boost when this situation occurs?

A sticking N75 could cause similar symptoms, as would a MAF problem.

Thanx guys, i found out that my airbox have been cut to peaces so it sucked in all the hot air, and caused the engine to shut down under full acc.
Car drives nice again today, tryed to let it stay in idle for 30min, then go out and can it, and it shut down again, so problem found.


Nj75 and maf are brand new btw, but thanx anyway
