You can get 1/10th S1 bodies on ebay if you hunt around.

I was looking for one of these...Couldn't find one for love nor money. Found a place in japan called chevron models... 1/10 scale, but my japanese isn't too clever.

They didn't reply to my e-mails German is much easier.

I've got an audi S1 bodyshell for my petrol car but will never sell it! and its my avatar!!!! its the best shell I've ever painted aswell it took ages! I've never used it tho its my showpiece! can you tell its just an rc car? it was from chevron models on ebay but when I bought it there was only two left, there are carson quattro shells on ebay at the minute tho cos I'm actually watching them for when I get some spare money! put carson audi quattro in and you'll find it eventually, do a worldwide search though

I lost the unfinished shell when I moved house, but I think Ive still got the unused sticker sheet somewhere if its any use to someone

i bought my car from a gb soldier based in germany, he bought 2 over there and sold one (which paid for the other!)
very hard to find a carson kit so I ve been told
damn quick even with a standard motor, I ve got a hi po motor to be fitted

I meant to say check ebay.de as Carson is/was the German Tamiya importer so there is quite often some on there.
I got mine on ebay.com from Hong Kong

These are my two Carson shells. Haven't driven these for several years.



I bought them by ordering the shells with painting masks and decals from a local RC shop by the Carson ordering numbers.
The S1 is build from the Pikes Peak body by the way.

Very nice, i had some RC cars a few years back, i keep meening to get a new one but i just dont use them which is a waste.

here are my rc cars
carson ur was bought new and built one summer holiday with my son, but he'd rather have his monster truck one, although none have been used for a while
I had quite a few of the Fox cars when i was a kid and even dealt in 2nd hand parts to lads at school!
the Volvo was really a Mondeo fwd touring car but i swapped the body when i bought a real T5
all have hi po motors, should get them used really, or do them up in time for xmas!
