Got an answer from martyn today that he wont sell me the steering wheel anyway as i have put a topic up in this forum, even tho i have wrote him 3 pm´s that he dident answer to over 10 days.
So thanx martyn, now i cant get my car MOT´d thanx to you.....

Because it shows up an airbag fault, and it´s a safety fault so that´s a no go in denmark.

Surely if you have paid its an obligation on his behalf to post the item? Or with legitimate reason, such as damage whilst packaging, give you a refund.

Legally As I understand it; A legal contract has been formed by both parties agreeing too
1, agree the price
2, to supply the goods
3, to pay for said items

etc etc...

The problems arrise with doing it on a forum like this is that it mostly based on "trust" and in this type of situation its vey dificult to enforce the law without it costing a fortune in money and time...

If you payed by Pay pal can you not issue a dispute?

Maybe the moderators could help smooth things over???

Well he told me he would send the money back tomorow, so if that havent happened when i check it tomorrow evening, i will take action after that.
Just think, all i wanted was a message saying it was shipped out or somat.
So be carefull out there, what you write to people in pm´s and in the forum.

to clear things up.firstly quattrstyle,you have never purchased from me before..secondly i have over 100 pm;s to sort through and replying to every one is far too time consuming(i work aswell,A LOT)
there was a postage issue with the airbag,as you were told..
there is obviosly going to be differnce of opinion on any subject and to be honest this will be my first and only post on the subject.
i have been in the trade 18 years and have never had issues that wernt resloved amacably.
posting personal issues on public forums is not the answer..

Had the same experience with this member. Didn't got an PM at all when I told I was interested in a part. For me that is not a good way to deal with people. Maybe the '18years in trade' didn't do him very wel in manners...?

And first off all, you did reply to get your money, but after that you dident bother?
All i wanted was that you send me a pm to say that it has been shipped out, and i belive this is normel precedure when selling stuff, but if you are SO popular that you get 100`s of pm´s then this is my bad.
IF you would have bother to answer my pm´s then this would not have happened, you should know in your 18 years of experience
