That shop seems to have good capability to offer downpipes and race water radiators too. They might be willing to make high flow replacement DPs for S2 and race water radiators ?

The best thing about ebay coolers is the price, the cores are expensive to buy from Pace etc. and most of the ones I've had made have been double or triple what that GTR one is on ebay.

If the core thickness suits your car but the end tanks don't I can put you in touch with someone who will cut the tanks off and make some to suit your design if you wished, fairly priced and superb tig work, he does trade on ebay but only selling the odd rad and swirl pot but if your trying to keep costs down that seems the best way of doing things IF you can't find one that just fits.

kinda torn between wagner and custom. By the looks of it doing it custom might work out cheaper by minimal £££ plus all the aggro...if it could be done with a bit of trimming and cuting here and there would be worth it. The core looks like it would fit but the branches off the end tanks look a bit long...good angle ...but long.

Could prob. Cut them back 30-40mm each side. the pipework wouldnt be easy either.

Not a chance I'm afraid! It's 5 inches thick and you'd be lucky to get 60mm behind the S4 bumper.

Re: URS4 - if I remove the viscous fan, replace it with a kenlow and move the radiator back - do you think this would work (a bit off topic I know).

maybe better to look for air/water for the urs4.

you could chop it up fast and furioous style but kinda ruins the cars look.

If you've not got aircon on your urS4 then you can fit an intercooler behind the bumper but not a 5 inch one!! I believe Topsparky's done it, although I've not seen it yet. You can move the Rad back an inch or so without worrying about the fan. Then with some bumper cutting you could probably just get 3" in there! It's marginally easier with the urS6 bumper as it's slightly deeper and has a smaller cross support.
