          Hi David,

I have also had the same talk with myself recently but as of a few weeks ago I have continued with the S2. If everyone on here looked at their cars in black and white and from a balance sheet point of view then this forum would cease to exist.

I was just exiting a 50mph limit on the M40 the other week on the way back from work. Dropped it into 3rd and the following few seconds just confirmed that I have to stick with the car.

I go to work on the train 3 days a week now to stop me putting 400 miles a week on it but I make sure it just doesn't stay in the garage nowadays.

Obviously at the end of the day it's a car but if it's not a financial issue then I definitely say stick with it. If you sold it, then there's bound to be a point when you either see one on the road or come to a meet and will regret selling it.

Anyway, hope you can jusify it. I'd be miserable without mine.

          Dan

            Hi Dan,

Sadly for both of us, I think it is almost entirely a financial issue which makes ownership less enjoyable and very difficult to justify

            Cheers,

            Steve.

Despite mine being a not so good example, well i thought it was great but it really did eat money, i have regretted selling it ever since, BADLY!
