Feed Back Required S2 Rear Badge & Keyring

Well if we're going to knit-picK:

The tilt angle is slightly out
The red colour is different
The border is thicker
The rings are thicker and larger
The S2 font is slightly out
The black spacing is thinner

But - its a far superior badge IMO, and at about half the cost, well worth it!

I could say that this has been done on purpose, so that we can say they are NOT A COPY of the OEM one.....

The tilt angle is slightly out - This was only noticed when they were put up against one another, after they were made.... & its out By about 1mm...

The red colour is different - We did make the red brighter as we were not sure how much mine had faded with being on the car for 16 years & Both the Front & Rear of Mine are different Reds Anyway...

The border is thicker - Only by a fraction of a mm.

The rings are thicker and larger - Again Its only a fraction - but It does make them look bigger - We did try and get the sizes correct but its difficult when you are talking fractions of millimeters.

The S2 font is slightly out - TBH I never noticed that...

The black spacing is thinner - Did notice this & its about the only part I am dissapointed with... I thik it has something to do with the manucacturing process and inlaying the black enamel.

& I thought Railway Modeller's were picky....

But IMHO they look far better overall than the OEM ones...

But Hey Ho.... Anyone do one better & at less money & I will be first in line to buy a set...

New badge is much more upright than the old one. Yes it's minor fault and only seen when two badges are side by side, but still a bit disturbing when the rest of the badge is so high quality.

Yes, but they are dearer on Ebay than on here, check the postage costs....
