    Quattronics... to be continued.

    New reply from the ****...
Been waiting for parts or the money back for almost 8 months now.
    Owes me £2670.

Hope to tipp a few to not make the same misstake as me.

    My mail!

"So you want me to come and wisit you so bad?
Ore should i take it with the Police or a Collector?

    It's up to you..."

"What I wanted you to do was not post on any forums and effect the business which has stopped work coming in through the door and has stopped us earning money to enable us to either give you a refund or send any parts.

So please come and visit if you wish as you will be given the warmest of welcomes possible!!!

We kept you out of our IVA as we wanted to deliver your order but by you being stupid and slagging us off on the forums you have made your situation worse, so well done!!! You are now worse off than before as we have less money to do anything for you. Maybe you should have taken the advice of your email title?

    Corey."

My email title was "Do the right thing..."

Can you tip of any more big forums to warn more people?

    .

I'm sure a visit from your local branch of the 'HA' would ease the debt along.

There's a UK meet at the end of August round this area...'Bulldog Bash'.

If as his email says "he has left you out of his IVA" then is that not falsifing reports... I dunno the in's and out's of IVA's but surely there is a lawyer or an accountant on this forum who can shed some light on this matter for you!!

One question - How did you pay him for the items????

Now that level of cheek and sheer arrogance must take a long time to develop... He is now effectively blaming you for damaging his business to the point that it makes it more difficult to pay back what he owes you... And there was me thinking that the Corey school of small business practise was the root cause of his own demise - bailed out by IVA legislation in UK - designed for a dubious benefit to creditors at best but ultimately a fantastic escape road for this type of malpractice.

Anyway - if he had 'wanted to deliver your order' - would it not have been simpler to procure whatever parts and/or raw materials were required from his supplier and get on with the job... Nah mate - its better to stick the money in the wifes bank account and give you the runround for over 7 months cos you are rather conveniently living outside of the UK and therefore probably disqualified from the whole IVA nonsense anyway.

I don't like to post on stuff like this, but too much leeway was applied in the past and some people have suffered - so balls to it - I am just expressing my own personal opinion. Doesn't help you gets what's owed too - sounds like you need to get professional advice on what legal avenues are open for you - whether that be transferring the debt to a UK agency who can legally recover it (minus a fee) - I dunno. Its a bad situation.

This is sickening and very immature behaviour from someone who I had once believed was a professional.

I cannot beleive he is daft enough to think that one persons posts on forums have ruined his business!
He has been digging that grave for himself for years

Is there any way that smiler could get in touch with the IVA people and show them he has not included his debt when he declared everything?

I thought the IVA thing was for personal finances gone bad - that would explain Next Retail and such on the list - its how he has intermingled his personal and business finances in his favour which I find the most slippery issue here. The guy is obviously clever enough (or has shrewd advisors in this area)... It seems he can be personally bankrupt (write off debts or drastically reduce them and pay back over long timeframe) - yet it seems he can still drive around in any 'company cars' that are on the books of his company that is still seemingly in business.

Smiler - nothing personal, but I laughed when I read the email he sent you. I've got a little collection that all sound just like it. As soon as you 'go public' to apply the pressure suddenly he tells you that you are the cause of your own problem!! What he forgets, is that it is HIS problem. Natually you get even more pissed off at him and that's exactly what he wants, because in his mind that justifies him in not paying you - as you don't deserve it.

It's like the mafia... some people get a good deal out of it, but they are unfortunately (often unknowingly) contributing to the demise of many others and will eventually get shafted themselves.

Good luck, Corey is only kidding himself as business is suffering because of him not anyone else. I was included in the IVA so he obviously didn't want to deliver my parts

On a side note, if he has missed 2 payments already then he is only a payment away from forced personal bankruptcy and will have to forfeit his Directorship of the company. He registered Quattronics last year I can only assume to separate it from his personal finances, so he could keep the business, his RS6 and write off the debt. It was a one-time loophole and now it's used he is screwed.

Personally I'd take Quattronics Limited to court immediately and when you win, you can petition for his company to be liquidated and retreive the money from the assets if he doesn't pay within the set timeframe. He will then have no way of deciding your not worthy of a refund, and lose everything if he tries to.

I cant believe you have been so patient and seemingly calm over this issue! Especially when he sends an e-mail like that to you, blaming yourself for not getting the parts you paid for! He has clearly forgotten the whole idea of doing buisness. You send him your money and that money gets you parts sent to you! It doesn't mean you use that money for something else and then 7 months later try to earn some more money to sort it out!

I have to say I am very glad that you have done what you have on the forums as I was going to be buying some parts from him, but thankfully from your warnings and others I didn't go through with it in the end! He obviously doesn't want that done so he can con more people out of even more money!

It makes me so mad just reading about your situation, I realy do feel very sorry for you, and I hope there is some good solution to this!

The biggest hurdle for smiler is not being in the UK. It must be SO frustrating to only be able to email, and be ignored, or try to phone and it not be answered.
I wish I knew of a good friendly solicitor in the UK that could help you cheap!
