I'm sure a lot of people are already aware of him on www.audifans.net, but get a message up anyway about Jackanory. This is not the first time I've been warned about him.Comment

Has anyone reported Corey Jones to the police? There seem to be tens of statements on various boards relating to his wrongdoing. I'm no lawyer, but surely a charge of Fraud or Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses could be brought against him. It wouldn't be very difficult to plenty of witnesses...Comment

I think no one has reported him to the police on the grounds that it would be very difficult to prove him guilty. All he'd have to do is lie, or defend himself with a good lawyer and fanny's your teapot and bob's your uncle....or however the saying goes.
I doubt the police would bother with him either. Especially if he's got an IVA and been to court on several occasions (and lost) he's just a nuisence and a lost cause in their view.Comment

With all due respect, I think that's a decision for the police to make. If anyone feels that he's deliberately taken their money, then I would suggest involving the police. It's what they're there for.I think no one has reported him to the police on the grounds that it would be very difficult to prove him guilty. All he'd have to do is lie, or defend himself with a good lawyer and fanny's your teapot and bob's your uncle....or however the saying goes.

There is a case about Quattronics been opened with the trading standards. Their advice for anyone else with a grievance should go to their local trading standards with their case and then get that office to transfer the case to the nottingham office as that is quattronics local office. I am aware of a few more people who have done this and the trading standards said that anyone else with issues should do the same. I appreciate that people from overseas may not find this helpful but I hope others will.
It is worth going to the police as some of the cases are actually classed as theft and is therefore a legal matter instead of a civil matter and hopefully more can be done to stop this company ripping others off.
Hope this is of help to someone.Comment
