the wife is after a new "old" car and likes the look of the A2. Anyone had any experience with these? Any good? Approx 5k to spend what can u get? Told her to try a RS4 but she aint having it!

A2s are superb! Chassis is so tight!
Just like a go cart around corners!
Get the 1.4 tdi 90 bhp, £35 a year tax nippy enough and 60 ish to the gallon!
Colour storm edition is nice Misano, blue or yellow. 17" RS4 wheels standard.
Aircon (climate) was a cost option, not all have it.

Really nice cars, A pillar blind spot can annoy some as can rear visibility but its nice to drive and cheap to fuel and tax.

I have an A2 .... its a good car tbh much better built than other rivals. It has been said that the a pillar blind point is a pain, but you do get used to it. I only have the 1.4 16v petrol, but full leather and bose
