As some of you know i bought a stering wheel from S2Martyn a wile back, sending him money via paypal as a gift, and he had the money almost the same day we made the deal, this was 09/08-09
10 days after i sent the money i pmèd him asking if he got the money and the steering wheel was sent, but no reply, tried the same the day after, no reply.
Than i put a topic in the general section and then the **** started.
then after that, he wouldent send me the steering wheel and threathning me with some legal stuff, and said i would get the money back shortly............
Then i have tried to reach him via pm´s etc etc, but he refuses to reply, and he has still not sent any money, i paid him 152£, last pm was sent some time ago, and he has been online today.
Now if anyone want´s to trade something with him, be carefull cause in my appinion hes just an idiot after your money.
i REALLY want the money back, OR the steering wheel as i have paid for, but i dont think i will see either of them.

Had a PM from Martyn today and he said that he had just got back from holiday and that he would resolve my problem asap. So hopefully he will sort this out as well.

Good luck getting it sorted out. I was ripped off £100 by user redz, who promised to return it and then just stopped replying to my messages, texts etc. Great guy. Big Lee M was sold a duff set of bushes by him too. I've bought and sold loads of stuff via s2forum and audifans and he's the only person that has turned out to be a ****. Never mind. Once a **** always a ****.

Why did you send it as a gift? Whenever I complete anything on ebay I always cover myself so I am always in a position to dispute/claim if necessary. There are always people out there set out to cause misery to others! Sad but fact of life!

This was my first time, so never thought i´d get a problem with it.

if it's outside ebay and someone is just sending a paypal payment on good faith then sending it as a gift means the recipient doesn't get humped on paypal charges. As someone who has sold loads of stuff this way it's appreciated if someone sends it like this. That said I'm not aware of ever having taken money and not sent the buyer what they asked for. In fact make a point of sending things before asking for payment if the buyer is unsure. There's always the odd person who ****ess about though and that ruins the element of trust for others.

Now since i cannot get an responce from s2martyn from either pm or in here, i will put his name up in puplic to warn others from not dealing with a ****** like him.
