Nice find, getting rare these days. Early model too with the proper 5-1 manifold

just remembered, i bought a spare turbo wastegate throttle etc to go with the exhaust manifold i ve got for spares for the white one
would they fit this 7a engine without too much stress?

As in 3B/ABY intake and exhaust? Yes, well sort of, second thoughts no. They will bolt on but its not a bolt on conversion, wrong CR, ECU and you need a lot of other bits too. Easy car to transplant an S2 motor into, and keep the old block/head for spares.

wouldnt want to spoil it, as i bet there arent many of them left standard nowadays, all being converted!
v8 would be nicer n i ll keep the spares for the other

Not a lot wrong with them as standard, injectors can play up but the rest is bullet proof an will do galactic mileage. My own has over 300k miles on it and still going strong.
