I agree, brilliant man management, good old fashioned fear and respect and no time for premadonna's IMO...

They all "know" who is in charge and nobody pick themselves for the team as it were, you have to EARN your place and work to KEEP it...

I think we have the makings of a great squad with some really confident impact players that are good at coming off the bench..

I was at Wembley on that misserable night in November 2007 and revenge certainly is sweet. If i wasn't on honeymoon in thailand right now I would have been there again. Gutted that i missed it live but I did set an alarm to watch it on thai TV at 2am. My wife wasn't over the moon but she understands

i was so pround of that display, particularly the first half. i will try to keep a lid on my expectations but I am definiately exicted for next summer now!!!

P.S. to keep those who don't like football happy I have some KW V1s waiting for me at demon tweeks when I get back from honeymoon. As soon as mself and Dan (dpicariello) have got them fitted to my 2.8 CQ I will get some pics posted.
