u280 scanner codes

I seem to have misplaced the booklet which came with this

they are very handy for pulling the codes from early 7a's

i know there is a couple of people on here with them just wondered if anyone could tell me what these codes mean

00521 co adjustment resistor?? (found this on autodata but non of the other codes are on there)

as you can see it is in a bad way
