Thats bad news, Couldnt happen to a nicer lot.

My S2 was at MRC for a couple of weeks. I picked it up a month ago. I met Doug and the team for the first and have to say they are a great team and work damn hard. Its sad this has happened, but you have to realise there will always be opportunist out there who will have a go. definetly not a random thing.

I hope things get sorted for them ASAP.

it oculd be a nuicance but it might be a solution to just unplug some vital plugs from the engine so that they dont start,in which case all of them are immovable while being in the garage.

I often do that when I have to park some places for added peace of mind... The theory goes that if they cannot start it, they will go elsewhere, but I know of one guy who had his car very heavily vandalised because they couldn't start it - clearly nothing else was on their shopping list that night so they just about destroyed the car out of spite. Sickening really.

Glad you got your car back epic, This really is bad. My dads place was done over a few years ago new range rover etc stolen and the police actually found out who did it due to some good hidden cctv cameras not even linked to the main security cameras. But anyway they was arrested and guess what next day he came past laughing. The police said we had to let him go hes only 14
