I say matt black, but I think I really mean satin black... That Golf is definitely flat/matt finish, but that A5/S5 pic has some satin/sheen to it - partly imparted by the cloudy clearcoat - AFAIK wax can be applied to that for good/easy protection but these flat/matt finishes are just raw paint which is harder to protect from the elements.
That porky green is yummy too - could look ace on white alloys.Paul Nugent

I actually have been thinking about that - the door jambs and stuff would annoy me though, but still - its a thought - I'd have to get quotes for both methods. Either way the engine room will be white for obvious reasons.Paul Nugent
