Might not be worth your while with the braces as neu-speed do them for about £75. I might be able to sort something out with them if i could get some to copy and have them powder coated?

Lee-got any more info on the neu speed bar?
I can only find the 2bennet ones

I fancied welded/bolted on flanges and a removable bar so the boot could still be used.Current-2004 Impreza PPP wagon

I was on about the rear anti-roll bar, i think you thinking of rear strut brace. On the avants with the neu-speed rear anti-roll bar have braces as well to stop the metal ripping from the floor that the bar is bolted too.Comment

Three other suggestions....
Alloy sump guard... lots of lowered cars about... ?
Rear strut brace
70 or 76mm stainless downpipe - this old one - for K24 or RS2 turbo - with plenty bungs in right places. Contraversial this one as may not be generic enough to work as simple bolt-on for everyone, but its annoying that so much $$$ has to be handed over by anyone/everyone wanting a good exhaust and having to go custom or with one or two expensive branded choicesPaul Nugent

I can source a down pipe for good money but bolt on is pretty hopeful as it is tight down the back of the engine and requires a custom exhaust or pipe to blend it in, sports cat option too... Need a few guinea pigs for that one, not small change either.
Rear strut brace is simple enough, peeps would need to weld or drill to fit. Not sure I'd trust it with harnesses tho.
Sump guard is interesting, was looking at front splitters too.Cheers'en, AndyC

wrt rear strut brace - it needs to be removable. I think brackets that can be drill mounted will be fine for occasional use and that makes a perfect basis for welding them on later if need be.Paul Nugent
