You'd have to add it all up off the Powerflex site. The subframe bushes are about the same cost as alloy or delrin and I'd have thought the wishbones too. Depends how far you want to go I guess...

Already alloyed up on the front subframe, looking at the rear at the mo and also then some springs and all the bushes pending some new wishbones
