    STOLEN - Black 80 2.8 quattro

My friends 80 saloon was stolen from outside his house in Staple Hill, Bristol in the early hours of this morning. It has an S2 front bumper, elipsoid headlights, a Hella rear spoiler and 100+ 17" alloys. It also had a bad leak from the exhaust and is very noisy.

Some of you may remember that I used to own this car and spent a lot of time and money on it, it means a lot to me and I really want to see it recovered. Please could you make anyone who might be able to help aware and look out for parts from breakers etc that could have come from this car, it had a lot of rare optional extras fitted so would be worth quite a bit in parts. I have posted this on Audifans and Pistonheads as well so sorry for the duplicate but I really want the best chance possible of finding this car.

    The registration is K874 WVV

Thanks for all the comments, we've not had any leads yet. I don't think there is much hope of seeing it again but I'm still looking for it to turn up in parts as it had a lot of rare bits on it. I am still very angry about it but there isn't much I can do about it.

Really sorry to hear this, will keep my eyes and ears peeled too. Heard a 6pot ragging around the Sea Mills area tonight about an hour ago, was very loud and couldn't work out if it was a 'V' or a 'straight'... Might be nothing but if i hear it again i'll listen harder and may even pop out if i can. Was def one i'd not heard round here before.

Spotting a stolen car by engine note would be a mighty coup !

I hate to hear about these.

The car has been found today and 2 people have been arrested. The police have it at the moment I don't think he is going to get it back until next week. I have no idea what condition it is in, we will have to wait and see.
