    Still Getting Overboost Protection

just wondering if any one can point me in the right direction ,
After about half a dozen times on full boost the protection
kicks in then runs upto 12psi which i guess the spring is set at,
over this it will cut .Could it be that the boost map is being exceeded
somewhere through the revs ,it doesnt nessaseraly do it wot,
could it be the map sensor or maybe it doesnt want stronger spring
in the wastegate .i beleive mtm usually map with a spring though.
It only does about 20psi on full chat anyway.could the lack of fuel
cause it it does sometimes miss afew beats when going some,
could it be MAF related ,i dont have a boost leek checked this
plus all new pipes .also new n75 ,good coil packs too thanks lots
    of questions sorry

had the same issue, everything new in my case: N75, DV, chip+MAP sensor, MAF, all boost hoses, fully original wastegate and spring. Don't have a clue what it could be

mines the exceeding boost limit code cant remember the numbers ,would
higher octane point to a nock sensor
