I don't even have a Yorkshire accent in English yet. I know a good few people who were born in Sheffield and don't have obvious Yorkshire accents. Most Germans think I'm from Frankfurt. If they find out I'm not German the first nationality they guess is usually Danish, then Dutch.

have a few mates from there and id say only half say "owt"

some mates have quite posh accents. maybe a military school near rotherham was the reason.

ive been working on my contacts out there. we have an office in nuremburg or nurnburg as it should be. pretty close to audi land. im just setting up contact with a german parts manager at a branch. not sure what help itll be but cant have too many can you.
