034 customer service issues

Anybody had problems with 034 recently.
I ordered high output coils+bracket and unterminated leads for my right hand drive rs2 on the 20th october, coils and bracket arrived along with terminated leads for a left hand drive urs4 on the 12th of november, leads are to short so phoned 034 they assure me that correct leads are to be posted that same day (thurs 12th) also told me I would receive a tracking number, I leave it a week no tracking number and no leads so phone 034 yet again the same guy who has delt with me from day one answers the phone tells me that he posted item last week and would email me straight back with tracking numbers, I get no email so phone back next day to find out that leads were not posted before and have been posted today fri 20th and would receive tracking numbers later that afternoon.
One week on still no leads or tracking number did feel like I was going round in circles till they added not answering there phones as of yesterday.

and yesterday was Thanksgiving, a NATIONAL Holiday over here. it is normally a 4 day weekend for us, i do not know how 034 operating this week.

didn't realize yesterday was a national holiday over there that explains no phones being answered will try them again tonight.
I have herd nothing but good things about Javad and I am sure he has the problem in hand hopefully I can get a tracking number out of them tonight.

well, here in America this is a big deal, this holiday. it is the pretty much the only 4-day weekend we have. and most take advantage of it. aside from fuel stations, and little 7-11 type quick stop marts... of course all the big stores open all weekend.

one other thing: today is Black Friday, the single-most BIGGEST SHOPPING DAY in the USA, PERIOD!!!! the day after Thanksgiving is this day....
