Flaming idiots! Time waster strikes again

[bluequattro]

Had a guy really interested in the 20 valve coupe quattro.
He sent numerous emails, asked loads of good questions, sent loads extra pictures etc.
We agree a price, he sends a small deposit until he's sold his own car.
Pleeds that I take it off adverts on the net
Sells car, arranges bus ticket(he s coming some distance)
We agree I fetch him from bus station.
SO?
So he gets his Missus to mail me, he can t have it.
|Her car s broken, needs new one blah blah, can they pay installments
Arrrggghhhhh!!!!!
Timewasters!!!!!!!
Sorry folks
feel better now
may break it if enough interest or let it go for sensible price in one piece

[Error404]

[bluequattro]

what ever brings the money in soonest
he wants me wait till Feb.
may not be living here then, trouble with her in doors

[Error404]

how much are you after for it?

[bluequattro]

come have a look if you re interested and make me an offer
its taxed n tested till end feb and i ll throw in a set of better wings, doors, side windows and motors
otherwise I ll put it on ebay after xmas or sell the seats n fit some cheapies in it

[fish]

What are the seats??

[Barber]

ask him if he can pay you your time back in installments hahaha

[speeding-g60]

kept the deposit i hope.

[bluequattro]

yeh kept the deposit but i fell for the sob story so only £25!
seats are heated leather(black) with matching door cards(apart from the heating bit that is...) and really good nick
dont want to sell the car but needs must etc

[Chris_w]

where was this bloke from, not scotland by any chance?

[bluequattro]

no, other end country
his story may be real but it doesn t make any difference as i ve had the car sat here 2 months without advertising it, when someone could have been enjoying it
