3" down pipe possible group buy

There are still people climbing the walls of these it seems. I want to make a batch up as my friend said he would make a jig up from a standard pipe.

If there is enough interest they will be made by the end of January 2010.

I can see there is many options with these as people have different set ups.

My idea is to build a down pipe that is:

True 3" using a 2.5 cone to 3" at the turbo exit
waste gate built into the down pipe as per OEM
Flexi section at the bottom of the pipe after last bend
V-Band to 3" de-catted Y section then back to stock system

The pipes will be made with or with out the De cat option. So after the down pipe it can go back to stock if you wish.

Price is dependent on the amount that i make. And with or with out the de cat.

The highest grade parts will be made to make these.

Ball Park price will be £190 - £240 for the down pipe and then up to £300 with the decat

Please let me know your thoughts and interest so i can decided if its worth wild.

That's a very good price, should have no problem finding buyers. I would have had one but I've already acquired such thing.

I would also take one if it will bolt into my existing (Scorpion) exhaust, just replacing downpipe as I have cats removed already...

Bloody hell, such interest!

I will only make it to fit the OEM system so people with other systems will have to gamble if they want one. But it will be a 100% match to the OEM one.

It will include 2 boss's one for Standard Lamba and one for EGT with blanking plug. WBO2 will be at a extra cost.

defo interested James, I think there will be a big market for a top quality true 3" plug & play OEM fitment

Yes i will be making a mock up and testing it on a car also for fitter ment and performance. It could even be dyno tested to when my car goes on.
