AAN harness

Can some one tell me what are the differences between the AAN and 3B engine wiring harness? What do I need to modify?
Looks like I’m unable to find a 3B harness (non-UK) and my 1991 Audi 200 20VT harness is cut into pieces. I will have some time during the holidays and I want to work on my project.
