replacing s2 rad and heater pipe

thought i better put some anti freeze in my car sunday before crimbo drained some brown water out of the front auxilary rad an flushed it through, topped up with anti-freeze an over tightened the bleed nut. Also the little bleed screw on the heater hose the top sheered off leaving the screw in the pipe. Ive got replacement parts but has anyone got any top tips on doing the work, ive had a quick look is it easier to take the radiator fan out with the rad and swop them over off the car any tips please. How hard is the heater pipe to do.

Yeah def take main rad out with fan attached then change off the car. Can be quite a quick job once you are use to it, done mine 3 or 4 times over the years.
